Kristen Young

Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer

Kristen Young serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Verra Mobility, where she leads the company’s global legal strategy, including corporate governance, compliance, litigation and risk management. She is a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team and supports the company’s strategic growth initiatives.

Kristen joined Verra Mobility in 2015 and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel. She has extensive experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, public company regulatory compliance, government and commercial contracting, and enterprise risk management.

Prior to joining the company, Kristen practiced as an attorney with Sullivan & Worcester LLP and Brown Rudnick LLP, where she advised public and private companies on a wide range of corporate and securities matters.

Kristen earned an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, a J.D. with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a B.A., summa cum laude, from Boston University.
