Cate Prescott

Chief People Officer

Cate Prescott serves as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer for Verra Mobility. She is responsible for the company's global HR strategy as well as compensation and benefits, employee engagement, HR operations, talent acquisition and talent management. Prior to joining Verra Mobility, Cate was the Chief People Officer of National Instruments (NI), a leading provider of software-connected automated test and measurement solutions. Before being acquired by Emerson Corporation in 2023, NI was a publicly traded company with approximately 7,000 employees globally. Her professional experience also includes HR leadership roles at BAE Systems, Woolsworth Group and Unipart. Cate holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Human Resources from the University of Leicester (UK) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southampton (UK).
