  • March 2018Acquired Highway Toll Administration (HTA)

  • June 2021 Acquired Redflex Holdings

    Expanded Verra Mobility’s global footprint and increased its technology suite for traffic enforcement and road safety capabilities.
  • December 2021Acquired T2 Systems

    Entered the smart parking industry, adding comprehensive software and hardware solutions for public and private operators through industry-leading technology by T2 Systems.
